Position Summary & HighlightsWe are seeking a Client Technical Service Rep to support our Treasure Valley Lab Centers. This is a full‑time day shift (Mon–Fri) schedule. In this role you can make a difference by applying your current phlebotomy/Lab Tech experience and skills.
What You Will Do- Provide detailed technical support for hospital outreach‑based clients and act as a resource to other laboratory support staff, assisting with highly technical questions, providing support material for esoteric testing, and conferring with laboratory staff to find specific answers to questions.
- Assist new and existing outpatient laboratory services clients with staff training, questions/concerns of operational standards, and follow up with management for improvement recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between the Laboratory and existing outreach customers, troubleshooting and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Depending on the site, ensure area personnel are properly trained, including assessing competency levels.
- Education:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree in medical technology preferred. - Experience:
At least three years of related experience. - Understanding of laboratory operations, terminology, methodology and logistics in both anatomic and clinical laboratories preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurance billing procedures and requirements is a plus.
