Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Position – Boise & Meridian, ID
* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time PTs

* Competitive pay: $78,000–$104,000/year (DOE)

* Conduct comprehensive gross motor and mobility evaluations (ages 0–21)
* Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
* Provide creative, engaging therapy sessions (30–60 minutes)
* Address strength, coordination, balance, gait, motor skills, and functional mobility
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
* Educate and empower families with home exercises and guidance
* Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes
* Participate in team meetings, celebrations, and community events
* Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
* Current Idaho PT license (or eligibility)
* Passion for helping children grow through play and movement
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, creative, energetic, and positive attitude
