Salary Range$55,000- $75,000 plus bonuses (Based on experience and credentials or licensing)

The Investment Operations Associate will support our firm's financial planning and investment management services, working closely with our Wealth Management Advisor(s) and other team members. This individual will focus on investment services, including account opening, trade execution, money movement, monitoring holdings, and processing asset transfers.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process paperwork for investment accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on asset transfers and funding of investment accounts.
- Implement and re-balance asset allocation strategies.
- Execute buy/sell orders and rebalancing orders in Envestnet.
- Address trade rejects and resolve trade-related issues.
- Monitor holdings for program eligibility and manage advisory accounts.
- Conduct investment audits, including data input and analysis.
- Prepare advisory review meeting information and reports.
- Correspond with clients to address investment service issues and questions.
- Perform cashiering functions and process redemptions/withdrawals.
- Maintain efficient systems for account follow-ups and service requirements.
- Manage Client Relationship Management, including case maintenance and client information.
- Answer technical questions and explain products or performance to clients.
- Discuss fees, tax implications, and strategies with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, and/or equivalent industry work experience
- 0-4 years of experience in the financial planning industry
- FINRA Series 7 and series 63 licenses (preferred or obtainable within 6-months on the job)
- Life and Health Insurance License (preferred or obtainable within 6 months on the job)
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (preferred but not required)
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL ANALYST™ (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and retrieval software. Excel expertise preferred.
