Payment Processor

WE ARE HIRING!

We're seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processor to join our Loan Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loan payments and payoffs, and maintaining up-to-date loan records. As a Payment Processor you will contribute to Idaho Housing and Finance Association's operational goals by ensuring timely, compliant transaction processing and by fostering positive borrower relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and working to satisfy customer needs
• Process incoming payments and payoffs, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Review and submit reimbursement requests to lenders/borrowers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Other job duties as assigned

• Experience in residential real estate lending, loan processing, or loan servicing preferred
• Experience in accounting preferred
• Strong organizational and customer relations skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
