As a CRE Portfolio Manager II in the Affordable Housing Division, you will underwrite complex affordable housing construction and permanent loan originations, including LIHTC and other CRA-qualified public-private partnerships. You will develop and analyze affordable housing credits and provide strong, thorough recommendations. Credit opportunities will be prepared in collaboration with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration to close transactions originated by the CRE Relationship Manager.
You will monitor borrower financial information, project performance, covenant compliance, maturities, and delinquencies, and provide accurate assessments of ongoing financial stability. You will manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.
