Key Responsibilities Design and implement secure and compliant IGA solutions, including integrations and automation workflows Lead efforts in evaluating IGA software solutions and establish engineering standards and best practices Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers while collaborating across teams to achieve governance outcomes
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in engineering environments focused on identity governance and administration Experience in architecting IGA solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and compliance Expertise in API integration, scripting (Power Shell, Bash), and SQL Understanding of HRIS and directory integration patterns (e.g., Workday, AD, AAD)
