Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and configure ZScaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX Configure policies for URL filtering, SSL inspection, access control, and threat protection Monitor traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize configurations for performance and security
Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZScaler Private Access (ZPA) Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN concepts
Experience with SSL inspection, URL filtering, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Experience integrating with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta Preferred certifications in ZScaler and scripting skills (Power Shell, Python, Bash)
