A company is looking for a Civil Development Engineer with 7+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities Set design criteria and collaborate with stakeholders to develop compliant civil and structural designs Manage project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating risks Optimize site layouts for land use, cost, and permitting while ensuring compliance with codes and standards
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent experience 7+ years of technical civil/structural design experience, including 2+ years in utility scale power projects Strong understanding of design development, construction methods, and safety fundamentals Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D; familiarity with project management tools Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
