Key Responsibilities Improve Voltage/Frequency/Power/Thermal Envelope of products Architect new Chip/System features to enhance testable power, V/F, speed grades, temperature, or test time Define methodology for incorporating manufacturing tests, SRAM, binning, or package technology constraints into product V/F curves, Vmin, and TGP
Required Qualifications Master's degree (MS) or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience Deep knowledge of system and chip circuits for advanced SOCs/GPUs
Experience with pre-silicon test strategy and hands-on lab prototyping of system features Proficiency in Python/Perl scripting
