We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer in Boise, is excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ operations. This role supports the design and delivery of state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

What You’ll DoSupport the design and engineering of:
HVAC systems
Plumbing systems
Fire Protection systems
Contribute to the design, development, application, evaluation, and specification of engineered building systems
Assist with schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks
Gain familiarity with client expectations, scope, budgets, and timelines
Provide on-site support during startup and commissioning
Coordinate work activities with discipline leads and cross-functional teams
Collaborate within a highly interactive, multi-discipline engineering team
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
Working knowledge of Revit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Eagerness to learn and apply engineering best practices
Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments
Passion for industrial/manufacturing facility design
Exposure to complex industrial and commercial projects
Hands-on experience with startup and field coordination
Growth within a collaborative engineering environment
