We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer in Boise,  is excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ operations. This role supports the design and delivery of state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments.

• Support the design and engineering of:

  • HVAC systems

  • Plumbing systems

  • Fire Protection systems

• Contribute to the design, development, application, evaluation, and specification of engineered building systems

• Assist with schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks

• Gain familiarity with client expectations, scope, budgets, and timelines

• Provide on-site support during startup and commissioning

• Coordinate work activities with discipline leads and cross-functional teams

• Collaborate within a highly interactive, multi-discipline engineering team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification

• Working knowledge of Revit

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Eagerness to learn and apply engineering best practices

• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments

• Passion for industrial/manufacturing facility design

• Exposure to complex industrial and commercial projects

• Hands-on experience with startup and field coordination
