Join Micron Technology, Inc., in Boise, Idaho as a Senior I4.0 Business Intelligence Analyst and be part of a team leading smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence. This role offers an outstanding chance to collaborate with a dynamic group of internal customers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. Together, you will implement AI/ML/DS E2E solutions that transform our business processes.
Our team strives to apply world‑class methodologies in automation, AI, and machine learning to improve Micron’s product development, business, and administrative functions. You will play a crucial role in defining, driving, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions, working collaboratively across various business functions.
Responsibilities- Partner with functional area end-users to define requirements, diagnose issues, develop, and analyze information to build and adopt solutions.
- Identify new I4.0 use cases and industry‑leading practices across engineering processes.
- Detail the impact and return on investment of potential solutions and support the prioritization of projects for implementation.
- Apply metrics and performance data to find opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert functional and process mentorship on system capabilities.
- Drive innovation by bringing to bear modern technologies and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster creativity and adaptability in problem‑solving and project execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in a semiconductor role passionate about yield optimization.
- Strong domain knowledge of fab processes, systems, and solutions in the semiconductor industry.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively present to various audience sizes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers, senior, and mid‑level management.
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven program or project management experience.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and encourage teams, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- More than 3 years of experience in an I4.0 Business Intelligence Analyst position.
