• Supporting the design and engineering of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
• Taking ownership of engineering tasks while learning how projects are managed from scope through execution.
• Assisting with on‑site startup and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Contributing to technically challenging projects with real‑world impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• EIT certification
• Exposure to Revit (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Someone curious, driven, and eager to grow

• A recent graduate or early‑career engineer ready to move beyond purely academic projects
• Someone who wants mentorship and exposure to complex industrial systems
• An engineer who enjoys collaboration and wants to build expertise in facility design
