What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the design and engineering of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Taking ownership of engineering tasks while learning how projects are managed from scope through execution.
- Assisting with on‑site startup and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Contributing to technically challenging projects with real‑world impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- EIT certification
- Exposure to Revit (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Someone curious, driven, and eager to grow
- A recent graduate or early‑career engineer ready to move beyond purely academic projects
- Someone who wants mentorship and exposure to complex industrial systems
- An engineer who enjoys collaboration and wants to build expertise in facility design
