Managing Civil Engineer

SAWTOOTH LAND SURVEYING, LLC is a Professional Surveying Firm established in 2009. We are currently seeking growth by adding the discipline of Civil Engineering to our company.

• Help establish and build a new civil engineering department
• Build, lead, and oversee engineering and technical teams delivering civil projects from early planning through final construction.
• Promote efficient and reliable project delivery by managing schedules, budgets, technical standards, and team capacity to keep projects on track.
• Establish, grow and strengthen client partnerships by delivering responsive, high-value engineering solutions that drive repeat work.
• Expand business opportunities through networking, proactive client engagement, and proposal development.
• Contribute to: recruiting, development of staff, and ideas that ensure long-term organizational success.
• Lead strategy execution, business growth, and daily operations for a new office location, to meet company goals and maintain profitability.

• State of Idaho Professional Engineering (PE) license
• A minimum of 10 years of previous Civil Engineering design experience in Idaho
• The person in this role should have a sound understanding of local civil engineering codes and technical standards
• Experience with managing a civil engineering department
