Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee‑owned organization as an entry‑level Associate Project Engineer for its Boise 548 operations based in Boise,  Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI, offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, and setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

• Conducting safety meetings
• Creating and managing punch lists
• Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC program
• Preparing RFIs and submittals
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinating warranties and O&M's
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

Salary range: $71,000 - $76,000 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. This position is safety‑sensitive. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
• A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught
• Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities
• Critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Works well under pressure and deadlines

• OSHA certifications
• Experience with clean rooms, data centers, drywall, commercial and industrial projects
• Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs
