Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
My client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and continuously improve their environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for compliance, risk reduction, and building a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead EHS programs covering safety, environmental compliance, DOT, sustainability, and industrial hygiene
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track EHS performance metrics
- Lead and develop the EHS team
- Manage audits, inspections, permits, and regulatory reporting
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Deliver EHS training and support emergency response activities
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing
- OSHA knowledge; CSP, ISO 14001/45001 experience preferred
