A leading semiconductor company is seeking a DRAM Device and Process Integration Engineer to enable next generation DRAM in Boise,  position involves analyzing data, improving device performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, statistical data analysis, and at least 3 years of industry experience. A Master's degree in a related field is required.
