Position OverviewThe Product Line Engineer (PLE) manages product development for assigned product lines, aligning with the shared Product Line vision. The PLE maintains daily contact with team members on various projects, supervises engineering principle application, ensures compliance with guidelines, and leads initiatives to enhance the Product Line Plan and improve the simple, reliable, and easy‑to‑maintain characteristics of the line.

- Drive business and process improvements by seeking efficiency in all activities.

- Develop, maintain, and nurture the Product Line Plan (PLP) for assigned product lines under the supervision of the Engineering Manager.
- Ensure implementation of the PLP.
- Assist production with training, support, and team development as needed.
- Manage all technical aspects of the product line, control overall product architecture, and oversee design reviews.
- Review incoming orders and manage associated tasks.
- Act as Dolls? Possibly as Product Engineer during project development, overseeing project progress.
- Challenge and validate root causes of issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Establish standards, procedures, and documentation in accordance with ISO guidance.
- Support other products and projects to advance company initiatives as required.
- At least 2 years of engineering design experience, including design methods, engineering materials, and associated manufacturing systems.
- Computer proficiency:
Solid Works or other 3D‑CAD, MRP system experience, and Microsoft Office. - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
