Sectors and Opportunities- Rail & Transit – multimodal facilities, automated guideways, paratransit systems, bus facilities, aerial, at‑grade and underground stations, elevated structures, tunnels, and line structures.
- Bridges & Tunnels – comprehensive design, construction management, and inspection services.
- Highways & Roads – planning, design, and maintenance expertise.
- Aviation – airport infrastructure and operations services.
- Ports and Maritime – port planning, capital projects, maintenance, container terminals, intermodal integration, jetties, quays, and coastal defense schemes.
The planners on our team handle tasks ranging from asset and fleet management plans to multimodal corridor planning, helping agencies improve service plans, operations, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include preparing planning studies, alternative analyses, impact assessments, and technical reports.
The engineers will perform a wide range of design tasks and support our Project Management team. Potential responsibilities include conducting site investigations, performing engineering calculations, developing design drawings with CAD software, preparing technical specifications, and contributing to environmental impact assessments.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Transportation/Urban Planning, or related fields.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
- Familiarity with CADD/Design software (preferably AutoCAD, Micro Station, Open Roads, or Geopak).
- Strong self‑motivation, problem‑solving, teamwork, excellent communication, and multitasking skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous internship or project experience in transportation planning or engineering, such as traffic impact studies, preliminary engineering reports, transportation system efficiency evaluation, or traffic flow analysis.
