We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the delivery of cutting‑edge industrial and commercial projects. From ground‑breaking data centers to advanced manufacturing facilities, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring complex, energy‑efficient designs to life. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, including scope, schedule, budget tracking, and resource coordination.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for energy‑efficient MEP, HVAC, and Building Systems.
  • Support multi‑million dollar HVAC, MEP, or Mechanical projects from inception through completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and assisting in the resolution of technical challenges.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including design drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for sustainable building design and construction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the design, estimating, or management of HVAC/MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, or Building Systems, with proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for sustainable building practices and a desire to work at the forefront of high‑performance building systems.
