Our e‑beam systems empower manufacturers to achieve unprecedented efficiency, quality, and innovation. We seek a Consultant Engineer to utilize our e‑beam systems for enhancing yield in state‑of‑the‑art 300mm semiconductor fabs.

• Analyze PDF eProbe output to ensure tool readout maximizes customer yield improvement.
• Conduct RD experiments to retarget defects, strengthen signals, reduce noise, or improve throughput.
• Create dataflow for repeated, consistent readout.
• Influence customers to analyze eProbe readouts for yield improvement.

• Ability to use layout edit or review tools such as Cadence ICFB, KLayout.
• Familiar with analysis platforms such as JMP, Spot Fire.
• Experience working with semiconductor fail modes (opens or shorts) in both FEOL and BEOL steps.
• Basic device physics understanding (P‑N junction, transistor operation, CMOS integration).
• Ability to drive rapid experiments and create high‑quality analysis reports.

• Experience with inspection tools (optical, voltage‑contrast, spectroscopy).
• Experience interpreting circuit schematics, GDS/Oasis layouts, or PFA cross‑sections.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl.
• Experience working with customers in a technical setting and responding promptly with high‑standard results.
