This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Application Engineer at SEMICS Inc., located in Boise,  individual in this role will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting and repair of equipment, assisting with customer inquiries, and delivering high-quality service. The engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal performance of SEMICS products.

• Proficiency in Field Service and hands‑on troubleshooting to maintain and repair advanced systems.
• Experience in Technical Support to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
• Customer Service capabilities to provide a superior experience and build strong relationships with clients.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Travel flexibility to meet the on‑site requirements at customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant technical certifications are beneficial.
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-technology industry is a plus.
