Provides IT support for end user devices, including configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely. Manages Microsoft services, related servers, and internal network interfaces linked to cybersecurity, bandwidth, and software updates. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions while coordinating and communicating project status. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, prioritizes tasks effectively, meets deadlines, and can work independently or as part of a team.

- Deliver excellent customer support for the Fatbeam team by resolving tickets and incidents.
- Maintain end user systems with regular updates, upgrades, and hardware/software upkeep.
- Identify ways to improve network efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and security.
- Reduce IT outages through continuous network and server maintenance.
- Train teammates as needed.
- Manage server infrastructure, VM hypervisors, and storage.
- Stay current on cybersecurity and firewall management; strengthen security, identify weaknesses, implement safeguards, design secure networks, monitor breaches, respond to incidents, and track threats.
- Secure and manage corporate data.
- Coordinate with external vendors for managed items.
- Familiar with standard practices and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- CompTIA A+ certification is beneficial. Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or SANS certifications are also considered.
- Knowledge of network security, operating systems, security protocols, and standard security tools.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in desktop support and server management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft
