As the Operations Central Team (OCT) Pump, Abatement, and Chiller (PAC) Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead the long-term goals of the PAC in front-end manufacturing to achieve industry-leading (Best in Class) performance across networks. You will mentor team members, foster a growth mindset, drive global improvements in PAC engineering, optimize operational workflows, and leverage worldwide resources to implement industry benchmark methods.

Collaboration with international teams to identify opportunities for PAC performance enhancement is encouraged.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing team performance, with relevant semiconductor industry experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in PAC (pump, abatement, chiller) systems.
• Willingness to travel to Asia 3-5 times annually for 1-2 weeks per trip.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or background in Chemical Engineering.
