We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Defense AI team. You'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge ML systems for mission-critical defense applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for defense applications
- Lead technical architecture decisions for ML infrastructure
- Collaborate with defense stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Ensure ML systems meet strict security and compliance requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
- Experience with ML deployment in production environments
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
- Experience with defense or government projects
- Background in computer vision or NLP
- Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
- Active security clearance
