The University of Idaho College of Law seeks a temporary faculty member to teach a 2:1 load, managing the Immigration Litigation & Appellate clinic and teaching other courses, according to the needs of the college and as directed by the Dean. In carrying out the Immigration Litigation & Appellate Clinic teaching duties, the faculty member is expected to supervise students in their direct representation of clients in real cases—cases where the faculty member appears as counsel of record.
This position will be located in either the Moscow or Boise location depending upon the choice of the successful candidate. The successful applicant will also supervise and oversee the overall immigration clinic docket of cases, including cases that are not assigned to students and thus are inactive or otherwise not in the right posture for student representation.

Minimum Education/Degree Required
- J.D. from an accredited school or the equivalent
Required Qualifications
- Experience teaching
- Experience in Immigration Law
- Must be licensed to practice as a lawyer in any U.S. state.
