The nursing home facility provides specialized care for geriatric residents requiring ongoing medical management and support services. The facility maintains a patient-centered approach with dedicated medical assistant support to ensure comprehensive care delivery. The environment emphasizes quality patient interactions and effective healthcare communication within a specialized geriatric care setting.

The family medicine physician will provide comprehensive medical care to geriatric patients in a nursing home setting, working 2-3 days per week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The clinician will manage approximately 16-18 patients daily, with the majority being Medicare beneficiaries requiring chronic disease management and routine medical care. The position emphasizes the importance of excellent bedside manner, effective communication skills, and geriatric medicine experience.

No call responsibilities are required, allowing for focused daytime patient care in the outpatient clinic environment.
