For full-time - 34 patient contact hrs, with option for 4 or 5 day work week.

Call:
Practice call shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:30).

Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
• Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program;
• Ability to obtain:
  Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center;
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
