Join Our Team as a Radiology Interventional Physician – Make a Meaningful Impact in Patient Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Interventional Physician to join our dynamic medical team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to perform advanced interventional procedures that directly improve patient outcomes, in a supportive environment committed to professional excellence and growth. Required Skills:
- Proven proficiency in trauma embolization (body), pulmonary thrombectomy, gastric and biliary tube placements, nephrostomy, ureteral stenting, dialysis graft/fistula stenting, arteriography, IVC filter placement/removal.
- Ability to perform advanced procedures such as cryo ablation, thermal ablation, TIPS, limb salvage techniques, venous/arterial stenting, Y90, chemo embolization, pseudoaneurysm treatment, vertebral biopsies.
- Valid medical license for Idaho or IMLC certification.
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills in interventional radiology.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergent cases during on-call hours.
Skills:
- Experience with prostate and uterine artery embolization.
- Skills in gonadal vein embolization, uterine fibroid embolization.
- Familiarity with vascular and extremity thrombectomy.
- Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and latest interventional techniques.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency in radiology.
- Board certification in radiology or interventional radiology.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant interventional radiology experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Current Idaho or IMLC licensed physician.
- Ability to perform procedures requiring travel when necessary.
- Willingness to work day shifts (08:00 - 17:00), evening, and weekend call shifts.
- Flexibility to handle callbacks and interventions promptly during on-call periods.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
