Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG), a physician‑led, 650+ provider multispecialty group, is seeking a full‑time, board‑certified or board‑eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB‑GYN) to join a collaborative and mission‑driven practice in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high‑quality care in an underserved community while enjoying the support of a robust, integrated health system. We are seeking providers interested in working in hybrid capacity, splitting time between outpatient clinic and hospitalist responsibilities.
The schedule is a traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities. Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call. Call requirement is approximately one unrestricted 24‑hour onsite Hospitalist shift per week.

Support
:
Maternal‑Fetal‑Medicine;
Gynecologic Oncologist; 4‑bed Level II NICU; 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; ED; SAMG network of 74 Primary & Specialty Care clinics; larger system resources including Boise OB/GYN practice; da Vinci robot available onsite.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited obstetrics & gynecology residency program.
- Board certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG) – or obtain certification within 3 years of employment.
- Obtain Idaho & Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC‑Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed, valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
