We are seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team of dedicated and compassionate providers. The ideal candidate will provide primary coverage for adult med/surg patients admitted to St. Luke's Boise and Meridian. Our Hospitalists participate in quality projects and protocol development that emphasizes coordinated, multi-disciplinary care.
In addition to direct patient care, the group facilitates a teaching team of residents from our local and regional training programs.
The team enjoys a flexible 7 on/7 off schedule, a robust compensation model, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and potential recruitment incentives.
Responsibilities- Provide primary coverage for adult med/surg patients admitted to St. Luke’s Boise and Meridian.
- Participate in quality projects and protocol development emphasizing coordinated, multi-disciplinary care.
- Facilitate a teaching team of residents from local and regional training programs in addition to direct patient care.
- Education:
MD/DO from an accredited medical school - BC/BE
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System, Eligibility to obtain
