Specialty accepted: Pediatric Dentist

Start date or shifts: February 17, 18, 19, 20 and March 3, 4, 5, 6

Daily schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Practice setting: Dental Clinic

Types of procedures:

• Stainless steel crowns
• Fillings
• Pulpotomies
• Simple extractions
• Space maintainers (not required)

Number of patients: 70 per day / 5 chairs

Ages: Pediatric only

Additional information:
Provider will work solo with support from 4 Dental Assistants, 2 EFDAs, and 1 clinical provider. EMR is Dentrix. Medicaid at presentation preferred, but application accepted. Credentialing timeframe is 1 2 weeks. Mileage reimbursement available. Repeat client with quick credentialing process.
