Universal Health Services - 303 NORTH ALLUMBAUGH [Call Center Representative] As a Call Center Specialist at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Answer telephone within 3 rings using the appropriate greeting;
Attempt to obtain all pertinent clinical, demographic and insurance information from the caller to determine callers needs;
Perform telephonic risk assessment to determine level of suicidality/homicidality with caller in crisis;
Utilize the 911 emergency systems whenever a caller is at serious risk to harm self or others;
Accurately and thoroughly complete Inquiry Call Sheet (ICS).
