Compensation: $19–$26/hour (based on academic level) | OT Eligible

• Collaborate with project teams and field leaders on active job sites
• Draft RFIs and change orders
• Assist with material procurement and supplier coordination
• Support submittal preparation and tracking
• Learn estimating tools, techniques, and best practices
• Participate in safety walks and audits to promote our strong safety culture
• Observe construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specs
• Perform quantity take‑offs and review construction documents
• Build relationships with tradespeople, clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Freshman through Graduate level)
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Passionate about construction, engineering, or safety
• Strong communicators and team players
