Outside Sales Representative – Construction (Estimating Experience Required)

A large international construction company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong estimating experience in large‑scale construction projects.

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and project managers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience on large construction projects
• Experience with elevators, mast climbers, and scaffolding systems required
• Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations
• Proven track record in outside sales or business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
