Description
Lead and document toolbox/safety meetings and support site safety compliance and recordkeeping. Create, track, and close punch lists, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors. Support QA/QC procedures in line with company standards and project‑specific requirements. Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals; maintain logs and follow up to keep the project moving. Set up and maintain labor control on assigned projects, including cost codes, productivity tracking, and reporting.
Perform quantitative takeoffs to support accurate material orders and avoid shortages or overbuys. Assist with schedule implementation and short‑interval planning; update look‑aheads with the field team. Coordinate warranties and O&M manuals, ensuring complete and accurate closeout deliverables. Manage material coordination, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and supporting invoicing/AP reconciliation.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Proficient with takeoff tools (e.g., Bluebeam, On‑Screen Takeoff) and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with construction project platforms (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint/Vista, or similar). Ability to read drawings/specs and produce accurate quantities. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of jobsite safety practices; OSHA 10/30 preferred. Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience is a plus.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
