Landscape Estimator

We're hiring an experienced, detail-driven Estimator to support commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. You'll collaborate closely with operations, sales, and clients to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely project estimates.

• Analyze project documents (plans, specs, site conditions) to scope work accurately
• Perform material, labor, and equipment take-offs
• Solicit vendor and subcontractor bids; maintain competitive pricing
• Prepare clear and complete proposals and cost estimates
• Conduct site walks and client meetings to confirm scope
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project hand-offs and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and cost data for future projects

• 3+ years of experience in landscape or construction estimating
• Experience with estimation tools (e.g., LMN, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
