ACM (Alpine Construction Management) is a veteran-owned commercial general contractor based in Idaho, dedicated to high-quality construction and strong client partnerships. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team of experts, industry veterans, and genuinely good people.
As a member of our established Project Management team, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial construction, preferably with experience in medical facility projects
. This role is based in our Boise headquarters, with regular and expected travel to our Idaho Falls office.
We are a tight-knit, fast-moving company. The right candidate will value the camaraderie, flexibility, and collaborative spirit of a smaller office environment—while also thriving in a role that requires proactive, independent work.
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in commercial construction project management or a closely related field
- Familiarity with medical construction is highly preferred
- Ability to work in-person in our Boise office
- Willingness to travel regularly to Idaho Falls
- A team-oriented mindset combined with the confidence to work autonomously

Requirements Experience & Technical Skills- Proven experience in commercial construction project management or a closely related field.
- Medical facility construction experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to oversee multiple phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Proficiency with project management tools, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work in-person at ACM’s Boise, Idaho headquarters.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Idaho Falls to support projects and collaborate with team members.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, small-office environment with shifting priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal teams and with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
