This role will be part of global engineering supporting residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure businesses.

This position provides engineered access and shoring solutions through the application of Brand Safway’s comprehensive product portfolio. The role operates in a hybrid office and field environment, supporting primarily new construction work through design, coordination, and on-site execution.

• Collaborates with branches and field teams to gather comprehensive project details.
• Works on projects varying in size, from smaller initiatives to larger endeavors involving basic to intermediate design responsibilities.
• Conducts research and assists with tasks such as permit applications and material testing.
• Evaluates and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks, applying moderate complexity skills within broader project contexts.
• Collaboratively uses limited judgement on details of work and in part of a broader assignment.

• 0-3 years of experience.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural engineering from accredited program.
• Possesses effective oral and written communication skills.
• Has passed the FE exam.
• Able to perform calculations.
• Basic understanding of Engineering calculators.
• Able to review/obtain necessary information for level 1 & 2 projects.
• Proficient in utilizing CAD & 3D model skills at drafting low complexity projects using Revit.
• Basic skilled in FEA/Structural Analysis software.
• Full knowledge of regulations and codes.
• Familiar with components of commonly used product lines.
• Able to communicate concepts to drafters/designers.
