Tekton Contractors is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to lead, oversee, and execute multiple high-profile construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. These are leadership roles that require strong communication, technical expertise, and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving on the job site.

• Direct and manage all on‑site construction operations for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
• Mentor, train, and guide junior superintendents, foremen, and site personnel.
• Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions proactively.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction.

• Minimum of 3+ years of construction management or superintendent experience, in residential, commercial or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple job sites in the Boise area.
