Job Details

• Oversee field operations on heavy civil projects ranging from $10M to $100M+
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Mentor foremen and field staff while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Review project plans and specifications and monitor daily production

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of heavy civil experience, including supervisory roles on large-scale DOT or municipal infrastructure projects.
