Field Project Engineer​/Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a Field Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager for a full-time position based in Boise,  role is primarily on-site, supporting active commercial construction projects, with time in the office for coordination and project administration.

This position plays a key role in field coordination, subcontractor management, document control, and day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a lean environment with a high level of accountability.

The role offers direct exposure to ownership and a clear path toward increased responsibility as UCC continues to grow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3 to 7 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction documents and sequencing
• Procore experience is a strong plus
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
