• Assist skilled tradespeople with materials, scaffolding, and tool operations
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe work environment
• Operate or assist with construction equipment and power tools under supervision
• Mix and pour concrete, grout, or other materials as directed
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions
• Work as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and contributing to project success

• Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing, and kneeling for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and safety standards
• Reliable transportation to job sites; active driver's license required
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions
• Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by HC Company
