We are seeking a full‑time Project Superintendent for an on‑site position located in Boise, Project Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality standards, adherence to budgets, and safety protocols. Key responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing daily project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading construction teams effectively
- Proficiency in Commercial Construction and related processes
- Experience in implementing Quality Control procedures and maintaining construction safety standards
- Budgeting skills and the ability to manage project costs efficiently
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
- Proven experience in large‑scale construction projects is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management or a related field are a plus
