We are seeking a hands‑on, experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up building projects from site preparation through final completion. This role requires strong leadership on‑site, the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors, and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The superintendent will be the primary on‑site decision‑maker, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget, while maintaining excellent communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manage daily on‑site operations and supervise multiple trades
