• Manage ground‑up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure safety compliance and clear communication with stakeholders

• Experience managing ground‑up commercial construction projects
