Estimating Manager

Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events. Bartlett Roofing's Production Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long‑term relationships. Acting as a first‑line response to our customers, you will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start.

Job Type: Full‑time
Compensation Structure: $100K - $125K/annually DOE

• Proven leader with strong experience in residential and commercial roofing estimation.
• Highly process‑oriented with the ability to document, implement, and refine standardized estimating workflows.
• Detail‑driven and quality‑focused, with a passion for accuracy, consistency, and clean scopes.

• Tech‑savvy and confident working in CRMs, estimating platforms, and documentation systems.

• Construction or roofing estimating leadership
• Experience auditing or managing estimator performance
• Familiarity with Roof Link or similar estimating/CRM platforms
• Background working closely with Sales and Production teams

• Lead and manage the estimating function across both residential and commercial teams, establishing clear standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies to ensure accurate and consistent cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain scalable estimating processes that analyze project scope, plans, specifications, and contract requirements to identify labor, material, equipment, and service needs.
• Produce detailed, data‑driven estimates using benchmark data, historical pricing, market trends, and cost modeling to account for variables and risk.
• Ensure estimates include itemized labor hours, material quantities, cost breakdowns, and potential variances to support profitable and executable projects.
• Serve as the subject‑matter leader for both residential and commercial estimating, providing guidance, oversight, and decision support to both teams.
• Build and deliver ongoing training programs to keep estimators aligned with industry standards, best practices, and evolving estimating methods across multiple trades.
• Continuously evaluate estimating accuracy and performance, refining processes and training to improve efficiency, consistency, and margin outcomes.
