The Technology and Products Group (TPG) is building our Central Business Management organization to fundamentally strengthen how we plan, prioritize efforts, and implement with operational rigor.

The Director of TPG Central Business Management will manage a newly formed group responsible for optimizing how we carry out business planning and operational reviews. This role serves as the unifying element for quarterly budget cycles, scenario planning, monthly operations reviews, and executive reporting, while fostering standardization, automation, and ongoing improvement of TPG business processes.

You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, finance, business operations, and IT. Together, you will drive common processes, scalable systems, and actionable insights. This ensures TPG's resources align with the highest value priorities and changing business needs.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on executive decision-making, enabling clarity, consistency, and rigor across complex, multiyear technology programs. • Partner closely with TPG business operations leaders, balancing the needs of the technology teams while standardizing and deploying tools to streamline business planning.
• Primary contact for quarterly budget and resource planning, summarizing information related to headcount, wafers, capex, and opex for technology programs.
• Develop efficient and effective scenario-based resource planning to support changing business priorities.
• Facilitate the annual business planning process for TPG.

• Coordinate the preparation of operational reviews and executive-level reporting.
• Convert complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior TPG leadership.
• Drive a consistent operating rhythm that improves accountability, visibility, and follow-through.

• Drive continuous improvement of TPG business processes through standardization, automation, and proven approaches.
• Partner with IT and analytics teams to deliver fit-for-purpose planning and reporting systems.
• Build a scalable analytics framework with clear benchmarks and increasingly automated reporting.

• Build, develop, and guide a high-performing Central Business Management team.
• Own change management and communication for new processes, tools, and operating models.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, operations, finance, strategy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success directing intricate planning activities and high-level reporting to executives.
• Ability to influence within a complex matrixed organization and work effectively alongside senior TPG leadership.
• Experience building teams, driving transformation, and delivering results through others.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with in a high-tech, semiconductor research, or engineering organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in resource planning, operational excellence, and process improvement.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive data-driven decision making.
