As a Senior Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager, you will work with one of our largest and most strategic partners to drive revenue, GMV, and users. The role is high‑profile, partner‑facing and requires outstanding relationship management and strategic planning skills.

You will report to the Director, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships.

• Own and lead the strategic partnership with a large partner, overseeing the relationship, business performance, and long‑term strategy across multiple business units.
• Define and drive the strategic vision for the partnership, aligning joint priorities with organizational goals and influencing senior stakeholders on both sides.
• Develop and execute multi‑year growth roadmaps, including new product integrations, co‑marketing strategies, and go‑to‑market expansions that drive GMV, revenue, and user acquisition.
• Analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption, grow up‑funnel awareness and visibility, and sell into expansion opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk to execute partnership initiatives and deliver results.
• Pitch to new lines of business and own the strategic roadmap to highlight value and establish an integration path.

• 10+ years of B2B client‑facing experience, preferably in a high‑tech environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to lead and grow strategic partnerships at the executive level.
• Experience driving and managing cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder initiatives with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report on the impact of specific programs.
• Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing large‑scale commercial contracts (RFPs, renewals, multi‑year agreements).
• Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, and go beyond defined responsibilities.
• Ability to craft compelling value propositions, deliver persuasive presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings, SaaS solutions, and e‑commerce preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Pay Grade – L. Equity Grade – 8.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision). USA On Target Earnings:

• CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $240,000 – $262,000 per year.
• All other U.S. states: $213,000 – $235,000 per year.
