- Supports team in efforts to manage, document, and deliver all aspects of projects.
- Act as a liaison between the project management team, retailer, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure concise and consistent communication about project status.
- Oversee and manage planning and operations of numerous projects supporting the rebranding project, including management and communication of inventory levels between retailer, supplier, and warehouse.
- Resolve problems as they surface and recommend solutions; escalate to senior levels when necessary.
- Provide clear communication of status at both product and project levels to keep stakeholders aligned with the plan.
- Deliver projects to high-quality standards, on schedule, and within determined budgets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of experience in professional project or inventory management on medium to large projects
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to ensure high levels of service and quality are maintained
- Strong organization, detail-orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization skills
