Responsibilities
  • Supports team in efforts to manage, document, and deliver all aspects of projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the project management team, retailer, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure concise and consistent communication about project status.
  • Oversee and manage planning and operations of numerous projects supporting the rebranding project, including management and communication of inventory levels between retailer, supplier, and warehouse.
  • Resolve problems as they surface and recommend solutions; escalate to senior levels when necessary.
  • Provide clear communication of status at both product and project levels to keep stakeholders aligned with the plan.
  • Deliver projects to high-quality standards, on schedule, and within determined budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience in professional project or inventory management on medium to large projects
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Ability to ensure high levels of service and quality are maintained
  • Strong organization, detail-orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization skills
