Role Description

This is a full-time remote role with travel ~ 40% of the time in both the US and international markets. The Head of Partnerships will manage the 30+ existing partnerships and continue to develop our network globally.

Daily responsibilities will include identifying and establishing new partnership opportunities, fostering strong business relationships, managing strategic alliances, devising and implementing partnership strategies, and analyzing outcomes to maximize mutual success. This role will also work closely with both founders and the operations and marketing directors.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and fostering impactful Partnerships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in creating and managing Strategic Partnerships to drive business growth and achieve long‑term goals.
  • Proficiency in payment solutions and eCommerce trends is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
